The flowers were beautiful BUT delivery person called and asked my daughter (whom flowers were to be delivered to), to come downstairs and outside to her car to get flowers as driver “had a long day of deliveries”. This is not OK. I also asked them not to call daughter as she was working but to just show up with them but that request was also ignored. They called her numerous times to ensure she was home. She works from home and was on a phone meeting and couldn’t answer. I knew she would be there hence the reason I asked them not to call first.
